Household Waste Recycling Centres

Covid 19 - Suffolk's Recycling Centres are remaining open.

In line with the government roadmap for the easing of Covid restrictions, Recycling Centres are moving to a 2 phased approach to easing of rules and restrictions on sites from 19 July , to ensure that sites are operating safely and smoothly as visitor numbers increase. The booking system, which has been warmly welcomed by residents remains in place.

Foxhall Road Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC) is the nearest recycling centre to Kesgrave and is located at:

  • Foxhall Road, Brightwell IP10 0HT (near to the A12 roundabout)

  • Non-recyclable waste, such as mattresses and furniture, are also accepted for disposal (apart from materials mentioned in the dropdown below)

Re-Use Shop

The site also accepts good quality items (including furniture, toys, bicycles, books, electrical items and more!) for re-use in the shop to help raise funds for The Benjamin Foundation Charity.

All Suffolk Recycling Centres are currently accepting the following items for re-use: TVs, Monitors, PCs, Sky boxes, DVD players, Consoles, Laptops, Audio, Power tools, Bikes, Dyson's, Henry’s, Mowers and Strimmers. Please donate items in the orange Re-use containers on site. You must book an appointment to drop off re-use items at any Suffolk Recycling Centre.
