Age Friendly Community Survey - Data Collection in Suffolk
If you are aged 55 or over, researchers from the University of Cambridge and the London School of Economics and Political Science, working together with Suffolk County Council would like to invite you to complete a questionnaire for a study.
The questionnaire is about what you think makes a place like Suffolk age-friendly, and what is important to you as you grow older.
Your participation will be anonymous and your answers will help with the overall goal of the study – to better understand the value of the different kinds of work that are being done to make communities age-friendly.

About this questionnaire
Please only complete the questionnaire if you are 55 years or older.
The purpose of this questionnaire is to get your view on what enables people to feel included and remain active in their community as they get older. This is what we call an Age-Friendly Community.
The questionnaire asks a series of questions about what makes a community age-friendly, and your views on your own life as you get older. These are followed by a few questions about yourself to give us important information about who has completed the questionnaire. All your answers will be anonymous and treated in the strictest confidence. There is no need to answer a question if you feel uncomfortable doing so.
If you have already completed this survey – on paper or online – please do not do it again.
