Suffolk Orthodontics Donates Laptop to Local School

Suffolk Orthodontics, one of Suffolk’s leading orthodontics practices, today donated a laptop to Kesgrave High School to help with children studying at home. The laptop was presented at the high school.

With the COVID 19 forcing pupils to study from home, those without access to technology have found it hard to keep up with school work. A number of families currently struggle to provide a laptop for their child/children thus meaning they are missing out on learning. Suffolk Orthodontics wanted to help solve this problem with the gesture of a free laptop.

Nigel Burgoyne, Kesgrave Headmaster, said: ‘It’s such a generous and wonderful offer from Suffolk Orthodontics to donate this laptop to us. This laptop will make a massive difference.’

Ian Davies, Practice Principle said; ‘We’re thrilled to be able to donate a laptop to Kesgrave School and hope that in this pandemic we’re thinking of ways the practice can help the community in any way possible.’

Suffolk Orthodontics will be looking at how it can help further in the future to the local community.
