Evening Book Group

Love reading but always read the same authors and genres? Why not try something different in the new year? We currently have spaces in our evening book group. The group meets one Thursday evening a month at 7.00 p.m. to discuss their current read and chose a new book for the next month. If you are interested, please contact the library.

Used Stamps/coins – Can you help?

To help raise funds for St Elizabeth’s Hospice. Just bring them along and hand in to staff – it’s as easy as that!

100 Club – Our Community Group has launched a 100 Club, to help with fund-raising and we have over 70 people who have signed up. For just £1.00 per month you could enter and have a chance of winning a cash prize plus knowing you are supporting your local library.

Book Donations – Are you having a spring clean and have lots of good condition fiction you don’t know what to do with? The library takes in donations which we sell on the bookshelves in Tescos to raise money for the library. If you have any books you would like to donate, please speak to a staff member. Thank you.
