Every Wednesday 19:30pm - 20:30pm Helen is pouring her knowledge and experience into weekly 'Airborne Runners' training sessions to help you perfect your technique and boost your endurance. Our bodies get used to the same old routines and that’s what Helen’s mission is, to blow your existing regime out of the water and smash-up a totally new way of training to help you become an over-all better runner. Expect speed work/interval training and a complete mix of easy and fast running.
PLEASE NOTE: No booking is required for this session, just turn up and have a go! As such Airborne Runners is not included in our memberships and is pay as you go either online or in cash on the night.
